GSYE files

Postby gwoneo26 » Sun Jun 08, 2025 8:20 pm

I have a question:
Is there a way to "view and edit" GSYE files in plain text format, similar to SFZ files? I created a synth that I really liked, and I'd like to replicate it in text form as an SFZ, or know if there's a way to share it with some friends. I really want to know. Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately, that's not possible. Gsye files are binary. There is no plain text format. Sfz export is not possible for copyright reasons (of the used samples). However, I keep it as a feature request.
