Hi everyone
I wanted to start sharing some music made with G-Stomper. If you're seeing this, presumably you have the app installed so please also share your creations even works in progress are interesting to hear
the track below is a live jam I recorded yesterday. I am using G-Stomper as MIDI master and sending 3 Beast sequences out as MIDI to be played from my Organelle. The Organelle is also acting as a MIDI controller for muting/unmuting channels in G-Stomper. I spent an hour or so building up the pattern and then recorded some different jams with it, this was the one with the fewest mistakes that I felt comfortable sharing

drums + pad + bass = G-Stomper
3 x melody/lead = Organelle

Very interesting track. I love the choice of sounds. That gives it a good vibe.
Also very nice to see your setup on the picture on SC.
Is the iRig acting as USB audio interface for your Android device?
Or is G-Stomper Studio audio hooked up over the headphone jack?
In any way, thanks a lot for the post, drewinnit.
Really enjoyed to listen.

thanks for listening, and glad you enjoyed
the iRig is just being an audio mixer. Audio out from both Organelle and G-Stomper tablet go into the iRig to be mixed (side note: the iRig is incredibly noisy, I wouldn't recommend to buy one. Mine is borrowed from a friend). The Organelle can be a USB host, so I plug USB from it to my tablet and this functions as MIDI In and Out.
The drums are all from the factory banks, shaped a little with the onboard Amp Envelope and fed through a Saturator. Bass is E-bass Beast factory preset with a few small tweaks to shape it
as a portable travel rig it works very well, really only just beginning to use this combination of gear but am very excited at the possibilities. will share other jams here as I progress further

That's awesome. I'm looking forward to hear more.

I've been listening to it for a couple of times now and I am quite amazed by the soothing low sounds. It really develops while keeping the interest on the main flow. Could really relax to this groove.
Though I had no idea what an organelle or an iRig is, if this is what comes out of it I just might put it on my wishlist
Thank you for sharing!

glad you enjoy it Skintex
the iRig is just a 2-channel mixer, and the organelle is in this case operating as an external synth being triggered by the G-Stomper MIDI
really all the hard work is being done by G-Stomper here
here's a video of the same patterns being jammed: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c51CRE_qG7M
