Open the file after Installation Studio - bought version

Hello together. I'm from Germany ans tried all your Demo Versions before i bought Studio on the amazon app Platform. I deleted after it didn't worked out. Then a few days before i bought Studio again, but after the installation it doesnt open.

I tried the FAQs in case IT doesnt Work. Can you Help me. I have a Samsung A41.

Have you some ideas whatelse i can do?

Please uninstall the app, then reboot your device.
Then, before you re-install the app again make sure that the latest version of the Amazon app store is installed on your device.
Finally, re-install the app.

Please let me know if that gets it back to work.

One more question: Does the free demo still work when you install it from Amazon?

I bought the rythm app top.

The Studio demo works on my Samsung. I installed IT :yesterday.

What Else to do?

Understood. However, I cannot verify that, as Amazon does not offer any access to the orders.

Now i bought it on the Google play store.

When you say you bought "it", you mean you bought G-Stomper Studio on Google Play, correct?
I've quickly checked the orders of your email address, and there is one order of G-Stomper Studio, and one order for the G-Stomper Rhythm Premium Key.

I bought the rythm app top.

Since G-Stomper Rhythm is a free app, I assume you've just "downloaded" the app, correct?
And you bought the G-Stomper Rhythm Premium Key.
Does G-Stomper Rhythm work as expected?
Note that the premium key is just required to remove the ads from G-Stomper Rhythm. In order to use G-Stomper Rhythm, you must install it.

The Studio demo works on my Samsung. I installed IT :yesterday.

If the G-Stomper Studio DEMO works on your device, then the G-Stomper Studio full version does work as well. Technically, there is no difference other than the limited features in the free demo.

What Else to do?

Did you uninstall G-Stomper Studio from your device before you bought it using Google Play?
1. Uninstall the G-Stomper Studio full version from your device ==> "long press" the G-Stomper Studio app icon icon, then select "(i) app info", then select "Uninstall".
2. Once done, do a fresh install of G-Stomper Studio from Google Play. No worries, you won't be charged again. Your license is bound to your account.

I've uninstalled the Studio Version. And when i try to install it again there is a failure message when i try top open it. Its Strange that the Studio demo version works absolutely fine if they are identical.

Do you have Other ideas?

Actually, that makes sense. Thanks a lot for testing the scenario.

If the free demo works, and the full version does not, then the only possible reason for the non working full version are some cached app settings.
Your device might keep the settings, even if you uninstall and reinstall the app.

Here is how to clear the settings and start with a fresh setup, which will be identical with the settings free demo (of course with the full version features).

1. "long press" the G-Stomper Studio app icon icon
2. Then select "(i) app info"
3. Then select "Storage & cache"
4. Clear cache
5. Clear storage
6. Now start the G-Stomper Studio app again

Important note:
Point 5 "clear storage" will delete all patterns and pattern sets you've stored on this device while using G-Stomper Studio.
But as you said, it didn't work on that device, I assume there are no such files anyway.
If you have files that you want to keep your previously created G-Stomper Studio files, be sure to backup them before you do the storage clear.

To backup, connect your device to a PC for file transfer, and then using the windows explorer copy the folder ...

This PC\<your device>\Internal shared storage\Android\data\com.planeth.gstomper\files\gstomper

... to your PC for later restore

Well, that's an entirely different situation.
Your initial post says "the app does not open".
But the reality is that "the app does not install".
This is a Google Play Problem on your device, or otherwise (even if unlikely) your storage is full.

However, here is how to get around it.

1. Check your storage space as advised in "Basic troubleshooting steps"
2. Go through the "More troubleshooting steps" one by one.

This will solve your problem.

Sorry i told it the wrong way. I tried the troubleshooter Steps And it still doesnt Work. Especially Strange that the installation of studio Demo worked directly.

Did you do all of the steps?

If yes, then you can try to manually delete the data folder.
Connect to a pc via usp for data transfer.
Then, on the PC, delete the folder:

Your pc / your Android device /Android/data/com.planeth.gstompet

Once done try again to install
