How do you copy , at once , all 16 patterns of let say bank A to bank c,d,or e ? Or. for that matter a selection of patterns to another bank .

Currently, this is not possible. But it's a good point. I keep that as s feature request. Copying an entire bank shouldn't be much effort to bring in.
