I sent an example pattern by email, but I'm not sure now, if the volume of T04 in that example is all the way down (off). I left the volume a bit open, because the artifact that way doesn't appear. But on sequencer stop it appears anyway.

sorry, I haven't seen your reply.
In some patterns I also use an Equalizer in addition, but in others not. It also happened with only the FX INS on a channel.
