Sorry for the noob question, but i was wondering what layered drums are?
(I have googled, but am finding it hard to get a straight answer)

Layered sounds are samples that got mixed/layered from multiple sounds, e.g. 3 kick drums together. Such a kick drum will usually sound much more fat than just a raw sound. With the layering, the frequency range of a sound can be optimal filled. E.g. a kick drum with a fat body from 50-300hz + a high attack pop on 4000-8000hz.

Sorry for another noob question, which on a re-read sounds like I should b able to answer this myself...But: So this pack contains layered-drums. R the other samples layered too(ie claps hi hats etc)?
With the description " get all the pro tools needed to build your drums from scratch." Does that mean we can do the layering? Or r they pre-layered? Or a combo of both?

Another one too.. What is main room? I'm reading this a lot lately but Google is not overly helpful for finding a straight answer..
Is main room a track that would b played in a "main room" of a club?

It's meant "main room house". Just search on soundcloud and you'll find a lot of examples.
Mainroom is the house genre like david gueta, swedish house mafia.. All the commercial stuff
