Producer: Hide unused tracks
Is there a way to hide unused tracks in the G-Stomper producer mixer ? For live performances it is very inconvenient that I have to scroll between the drumtracks and the synth tracks. Ideally I want to have everything I need side by side with no space wasted. My DAW (Ardour) for example has an optio...

Thanks for your quick help. This worked indeed. I was thinking I was specific enough when my search query "Bluetooth le midi support" got flagged as too common.

Forum search: Too many words ignored because classified as "commont words"
The search feature in these forums is driving me crazy: Too many of the search words I am trying to use are getting ignored because they are classified as too common words. I want for example to look for information related to Bluetooth LE MIDI support in G-Stomper. Hopeless! Both "Bluetooth&qu...

MIDI through support ?
Not sure if this is possible - if not it would make a great feature:
Can G-Stomper studio be configured to provide MIDI through support ? What I mean is all incoming messages being passed through to out (including clock / sysex).

Re: Sequencer should record when receiving MIDI start signal.
For those who use a Linux computer, here is a simple solution to convert MIDI start messages into continue messages so that G-Stomper will start recording when you press "Play" on your external device (Synth, Sequencer etc.): 1. Install "mididings". The packages that come with ma...

Re: Sequencer should record when receiving MIDI start signal.
Thanks a lot for the very detailed explanation. There is only one problem: Then send a MIDI continue (not a start) event. Tell that Roland.... The SH-01A only sends start/stop, no continue. However, luckily I am familiar with MIDI programming (mainly using "Processing"), so I will probably...

Sequencer should record when receiving MIDI start signal.
I maybe missing an existing configuration feature here, but when I "arm" the sequencer on my G-Stomper Studio for recording (red recording button and flashing play), the sequencer starts playing and not recording when a MIDI start signal arrives. As I cannot see any advantage of this behav...

Re: Anybody running G-Stomper Studio on Linux Desktop ?
This thread shows the success story with Android x86 based on Android 7.1. I can confirm Android x86 7.1 works great. Even USB MIDI works, but only with a dedicated MIDI-only USB interface. I had problems with mixed audio/MIDI interfaces like the Roland SH-01A synthesizer but that's not a big deal....

Re: Anybody running G-Stomper Studio on Linux Desktop ?
I got a step further with this by installing Android x86 in Virtualbox. However, G-Stomper studio does start and I am getting the "Cannot access storage" popup as described in this post: https://www.planet-h.com/gstomperbb/viewtopic.php?t=745 The problem is that I cannot get past this popu...

Re: Anybody running G-Stomper Studio on Linux Desktop ?
Bluestacks is definitely your best option on a Linux desktop. Nope, Bluestacks it not available for Linux, only Windows or Mac OS. I am happy to be proven wrong, but that's how it looks like. I only found "Genymotion", but for their pricing I can get a second hand tablet and don't have to...
