i deleted the Gstomper files with my pc And IT didn't worked.
Ist there an Option in the Googleplay Store to reset?

Hello,
I did step one and two - deleted Google Play cache and Datas. Still didn't worked.

Did you also clear the cache and storage of thd google play services?
However, the only remaining options you have is either to factory reset your device, or to try with a different Google Account.
