There is no need to send Note and CC values in the same setup, as both, Tap Tempo and Pattern Selection in the Pattern set, can be controlled by CC values.

In case of the Pattern Selection, it's a "either or" situation, where you have the choice.
So if the pedal can send CC values, just send those.

I got the 4 buttons Aiturn.

Is not so bad, but is buggy, it disconnects often, randomly, then reconnects a few moments after, with dialog box.
I have already made their support aware...

That sounds pretty much like a problem caused by insufficient USB power.
Is the pedal powered by the USB or has it its own power supply?
If USB powered, can you use an USB hub in between, a hub with an external power supply?
That might solve the problem.

Ah, OK. Then you were surely right with contacting their support.

Does the multiple midi input warning come in to play in this case when I am using the lpd8? I think not because I had disconnections also with the Airturn alone.

The multiple MIDI device warning has no effect on the Airturn pedal disconnection problem. The warning does only inform you that two MIDI devices are connected (if that is the case).
The disconnection problem is also not based on anything related to MIDI. It's most likely a core Bluetooth LE problem, either on your Android device (to find out try another Android device) or on your Airturn Pedal.
As far as I remember, your LPD8 is wireless (Bluetooth LE), too, right? So if you don't have any disconnection problems with the LPD8 Wireless, then the problem is most likely on the Airturn Pedal.
