Oh, I wish it would be that simple. Actually it's so much more than just putting these features in a specific order.

You can fine tune/pimp a clean mix very well with an EQ on the sum (master out).
But you cannot fix a messed mix with an EQ at the sum.

On the other hand, it depends a lot on the sounds you mix.
If you mix different bass synths, then your "order" would be completely different from when you mix drums with synths and vocals.
The secret is to give every frequency its space in the mix.
If you have a bass at around 300Hz, then there is no room for anything else at this frequency, but there's plenty of room at higher frequencies.

I'd strongly recommend to take a closer look at the following chapters in the docs:

Effects

Both chapters give you a sold base about the related features in G-Stomper, and how and when to use them.

There's a video tutorial equivalent for both chapters, btw..
