Few General Questions Record Button

When using the record button in a track when moving a fader ( to record the fader movement ) how do I undo the recorded fader movement , I've tried recording it again but the recorded fader still moves , also what is best areas for tweaking vocal arrangements ( to give echo type effect etc ) to add some depth to vocals.

Long press the Track Pad (e.g. T01), select the AUTO tab, then press "Clear Parameter Automation" and finally select one or more parameters to clear.
