Am I allowed to sell my beats if someone was interested in buying and has any of the g-stomper users sold?

Yes, you're allowed to sell beats which you've created with G-Stomper.

At the end, it mainly depends on the samples you're using.
If you use your own samples, always keep in mind where you got them from and consider if you're allowed to use them commercially. Using an acappella vocal sample of Rihanna for example would definitely lead into copyright problems.
Generally, all sounds of the G-Stomper Sample Packs which have been released by planet-h.com and functionloops.com, can be used for beats you want to sell. The only exception is the "spoken vocals pack" which contains samples from television. If you want to avoid every single risk, then I recommend not to use the spoken vocals pack for such beats.
Also beats which are too similar to existing tracks may lead into problems.
