When in song mode without the "Song ed" activated there is audio gaps between patterns. Is there a way for them to overlap sounds between patterns as if they were in a single pattern Loop?

If I understand you right, you want to overlap long playing samples when switching between patterns in pattern set/song mode, is this correct?

This can be enabled in the G-Stomper settings: Click on settings on the G-Stomper main screen and enable the checkbox 'Allow long playing samples to overlap Pattern Changes' (it's in the Audio Settings Frame).
