What I have not tried and with other applications does not work. I have an old synthesizer Casio with the ability to use it as a midi keyboard he G-Stomper sees right away when you connect through and you can play. But usb to usb (to the tablet via otg of course) From pc to G-Stomper no reaction. Can a bad cable I will test. I tried to send midi using loopMIDI (+ virtual midi keyboard) and from DAW SoundBridge and Music Creator 6 no emotions.

"the latest BlueStacks version to use USB MIDI hardware?" Midi keyboard did not see and virtual does not catch((

OK, that means you're not running into the Samsung security bug, that's for sure.
The fact that you can connect the Casio synth is the proof that it actually works.

This makes absolutely sense.
What you're trying to do is to use your Android device as USB MIDI peripheral while your PC is the USB host (the PC is always USB host).
That ability was just introduced by Android Marshmallow with Google's new Android M MIDI API.
On Android 5.x, this is technically impossible, as Android 5.x can only be used as USB MIDI host, not as USB MIDI Peripheral.

See here: http://www.planet-h.com/gstomper/docs/G-Stomper_UserManual_Midi.htm#_Toc483923924

To use this feature, there's no other way than updating to Android 6 or higher.

Thanks for the info.

Installed Android 6 and the same thing happens (may need to install something on win 10 pro 64bit). It turns out to arrange such a construction by analogy with clinging virus-ti with pc daw will not work (box>usb<pc, box audio out>audio in pc).

No, Win 10 is not required, it works without problems on Win7.
But, it's a bit more than just plugging the cable in.
You have to connect your device, and then set the connection type on your device to MIDI.
Once you did that, G-Stomper will report an 'Android USB Peripheral Port'. And once you've confirmed it with OK, you'll see a new MIDI port on your PC in the MIDI capable DAW of your choice.

Here's a walk-through:
