I want to use G-Stomper on a laptop is that possible? If so would you need a Midi to operate the piano or could I use the keyboard for a while? And what type of laptop should I get to best suite Gss?

You can use G-Stomper on a PC or Mac using Bluestacks.
But unfortunately MIDI won't work that way, since neither Bluestacks nor any other emulator does allow USB connectivity. It might be that this has changed over the last few months. Just try it if you have a laptop or PC already.

Generally, faster is better, it should be at least an i7 cpu.
A better and by far less expensive choice could be a chrome book. But I had no chance to test that yet, so I don't know how it performs and if MIDI will work or not.
The best choice is always a strong Android tablet, e.g. a nexus 9 or pixel c.
