Re: Important Note about using Shared/Isolated Storage and the new File System Handling

update: I have successfully moved the Studio app to my SD card. I have moved some of my samples to this location: (tablet name)\Card\Android\data\com.planeth.gstomper\files\gstomper\usersamples (i had to create \gstomper\usersamples both as new folders) was hoping to see them appear in the app but u...

Re: Important Note about using Shared/Isolated Storage and the new File System Handling

I tried a few apps and one let me find the files and move them to the normal location (File Manager app does this) My issue now is how to access the normal file location from inside G Stomper. I seem to be in a root directory or emulated folder and don't know how to find the regular directory Edir: ...

Re: Important Note about using Shared/Isolated Storage and the new File System Handling

Hi, sorry for more questions but the process became a bit more confusing it seems that since some point earlier in the year, my Studio saves are now going to /storage/emulated/0 I want to back up my recent Studio projects before switching the app from internal memory to SD card but I can't locate th...

Re: Important Note about using Shared/Isolated Storage and the new File System Handling

thanks for your detailed reply - i of course realise this imperfect file access system is not your choice :) thanks for doing your best to help us deal with it But this all requires that you store your samples on the internal storage (except the app was moved to sdcard in the app info). yes this was...

Re: Important Note about using Shared/Isolated Storage and the new File System Handling

Hi, I have a quick few questions about the new file system. hoping someone can advise me on how to simplify things: I notice that the System Files Picker doesn't recall the last folder i was in. for example, if I am setting up a Drum Kit I have to do the following steps for every sample - Select tra...

Re: G-Stomper + Organelle Jam "Madeo"

thanks for listening, and glad you enjoyed :) the iRig is just being an audio mixer. Audio out from both Organelle and G-Stomper tablet go into the iRig to be mixed (side note: the iRig is incredibly noisy, I wouldn't recommend to buy one. Mine is borrowed from a friend). The Organelle can be a USB ...

Re: Danuta

Hi Skintex, I agree - we should get more examples of what this great app can achieve here in the Music Showcase section really enjoyed both the songs you shared - very clean and clear bottom end, punchy and tight. Great melodies and vocal snippets in this Danuta track, it's arranged well too. I'll a...

Re: Step Conditions for VA Beast

thanks for your reply here, and sorry I didn't write again sooner. I can definitely see that it's a more complex issue than the monophonic step conditions for the Sampler. I think a condition per step would be ideal. so not accounting for polyphony, just any sequencer info on that step is played whe...
