My real problem is that I seem to be struggling with cable midi link.... So I'll take this to another thread maybe...

I want to try using Ableton Link to connect my Tablet and Phone together - to play G-Stomper simultaneously in sync.
Somewhere I read that its easy - by connecting both devises to the same wireless LAN.
So I dont have wireless LAN- or does WiFi tethering fall into this category?

I was a bit worried by the name of this setting = LOCK Thought you would not be able to change settings (like mutes etc)... Whew.... It allows tweaks... Then when going back to pattern later it it as per original saved settings... AMAZING... This is now my Roland MC505 operates... ... Many thanks......

Hahaha! Having 'live' patterns is different. But I think, once you click your headset into it, it's better. Perhaps you can copy an entire pattern set from A to B. That way, you can completely screw up all of A, then move on to making set B a bit bonkers. Then start on Pattern Set C and D. Once the...
