Re: Important Note about using Shared/Isolated Storage and the new File System Handling

Yes I tried all of that, see above :) sadly didn't work for me

Just sharing a tip for others who also suffer from the removal of this feature. A year is a long time!

Re: Important Note about using Shared/Isolated Storage and the new File System Handling

If someone is facing the same issue as me, I'll tell you my work-around. I am using another Android app which doesn't yet have the File Picker in it, to scroll through samples quickly. I write down the name of the sample/file and its' location, and then once I have found all the sounds I want, I the...

G-Stomper Studio live jam (video)

hello I have been having a lot of fun jamming live with G-Stomper Studio lately. Here is a video of a recent jam: ghZMSZ8zJgI I'm controlling the app using an Organelle. MIDI is going in and out via USB, G-Stomper is sending 2 channels of MIDI to the Organelle's on-board synths as well as receiving ...

Re: Increase RAM [technical]

that's an interesting checklist, thanks for sharing your technique for maximising RAM I'm struggling with CPU/RAM as well. even quite simple songs feature crackling and glitches. i've dropped audio output to 22kHz to try to help i'm using a tablet from 2016 so I hope that a newer device with better ...

Re: G-Stomper + Organelle Jam "Madeo"

glad you enjoy it Skintex :) the iRig is just a 2-channel mixer, and the organelle is in this case operating as an external synth being triggered by the G-Stomper MIDI really all the hard work is being done by G-Stomper here :) here's a video of the same patterns being jammed: https://www.youtube.co...

Re: Important Note about using Shared/Isolated Storage and the new File System Handling

thanks for the explanation. and I appreciate you looking forward with the development of these features so that once they're mandatory, they work smoothly I always took the old, smooth workflow for granted! this actually pushes me back to my hardware, which I know will work without third-party inter...

Re: Important Note about using Shared/Isolated Storage and the new File System Handling

thanks for the info, and what a shame :( all your hard work and good design undone by the operating system it must have been an OS update earlier in year which created this new barricaded safe spot for my files I wonder if I can backtrack OS versions, but I also would prefer to spend that time makin...
