Depending on the used App, the Track Menu location and its content might be different.

13.3.1.1 G-Stomper Studio, G-Stomper Rhythm

Make sure that the Track Pad mode is set to Play/Menu (which is the default). Long press a Track Pad to show up the Track Menu.
